Tehc4i2 recently attended the Derby Property Summit 2016, the largest property event in the Midlands and which returned with the theme of “Thinking Global, Acting Local”. This event took place in Derby on Wednesday 22nd June 2016 at the iPro Stadium. Over 350 high-level delegates from as far as Dubai attended, it was a vital event to attend for anybody interested in the property market for Derby and the Midlands as a whole.

The event was hosted by journalist and broadcaster, Declan Curry. In addition the event included presentations from Courtney Fingar, Editor in Chief of Financial times fDi Magazine as well as the Strategic Director of Derby City Council, Christine Durrant. The later also addressed what potential impact the very topical (at the time) Brexit would have on international inward investment into the UK, followed by a panel discussion.
